Plausible:

• Does not collect personal data or personally identifiable information.
• Does not perform cross-site tracking.
• Does not store any data on your device.
• All data is processed entirely within the European Union.

Plausible generates aggregate statistics (page views, most visited pages, country of origin, device type) without identifying individual visitors. Because it uses no cookies and collects no personal data, no prior consent is required under the ePrivacy Directive or GDPR.

4. The Telegram bot

The Señor Bistec service itself operates within the Telegram messaging application. Data collection and processing through the bot are covered separately in our Privacy Policy. Telegram may use its own cookies and tracking technologies within its app and website — please refer to Telegram’s Privacy Policy for details.

5. GitHub Pages hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect technical information (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security and operational purposes. This is handled by GitHub in accordance with their Privacy Statement. We do not have access to these server logs.

6. Your browser settings
